I. MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

We have two manufacturing plants in Hanoi with a total area of over 20,000 m² and an annual output of over 15 million products of various types.

♦ Plant No. 1 is located at the Ngoc Hoa Industrial Zone, Chuong My District, Hanoi.

We utilize the world’s most advanced technologies, such as German production lines and German DIN standards. Archer prioritizes investment in machinery and equipment. Additionally, raw materials are a crucial factor. Archer uses high-quality, standard-compliant materials imported from Japan through major corporations.

SUS 304 stainless steel is the most widely used type of stainless steel globally due to its superior properties. Based on this, Archer manufactures high-end aluminum accessories using materials made entirely from SUS 304 stainless steel imported in accordance with Japan’s JIS standards. This ensures strength, durability, and high corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

The PVD coating production line ensures a uniform, beautiful luster and high color retention. The combination of PVD coating with SUS 304 stainless steel results in products that are robust both inside and out, featuring corrosion resistance and excellent machinability.
