To bring high-quality products closer to consumers and enable people to use high-quality, modern “Made in Vietnam” products, ARCHER Door Locks aims to collaborate and develop a nationwide dealer network, while implementing business policies that demonstrate transparency and foster mutual growth with our dealers.

1. Pricing Policy

– As an ARCHER dealer, the Company will provide a published price list and the discount percentage per order as indicated on the price list. If there are any price changes, the Company will notify and send a new price list at least 15 days in advance

– Based on purchasing results and other cooperation commitments, dealers will be eligible for the pricing policy corresponding to their dealer tier

– The pricing policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximize profits for dealers in the market

1.1. Regular Purchase Discounts

– Based on monthly and quarterly sales volume, the distributor will be eligible to participate in the corresponding sales program exclusively for distributors

– Upon meeting the committed purchase volume, the dealer will receive a discount at the agreed-upon rate

– This discount policy is independent and operates in parallel with other business support or promotion programs offered by the Company to dealers

1.2. Master Agreement and Accounts Receivable

Master Agreement: After both parties sign the Master Agreement, the distributor will be added to ARCHER’s distributor list and will be eligible for distributor policies

Accounts Receivable: The dealer must pay 100% in advance before delivery. Based on the results of the cooperation and payment history, the dealer will be eligible for better preferential terms regarding credit policies and accounts receivable

2. Support Policies

2.1. PR and Marketing Support

– Dealers will receive support for catalogs, banners, signage, and product samples for display… in accordance with ARCHER’s programs.

– Information about the dealer will be advertised in the media and on ARCHER’s websites (ARCHER will publish this information upon the dealer’s consent).

– Dealers may participate in all of ARCHER’s promotional and sales-boosting programs.

– ARCHER will refer customers in the local area to the dealer so they can purchase products.

2.2. Technical Support and Solutions

– Dealers will receive technical support directly or via phone, email, etc., regarding any questions about the Company’s products or services.

2.3. Product Support

– ARCHER products are carefully packaged, with the ARCHER logo and brand name printed on the product packaging.

Product Shipping: ARCHER will assist dealers with shipping products to their locations; shipping costs will be negotiated individually with each dealer to ensure the greatest convenience for both parties. ARCHER is responsible for the quality of products shipped from the warehouse to the dealer’s delivery point.

Product Exchange: The dealer is entitled to exchange the product for a new one if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect.

Returns: In the event that the goods or prices do not conform to the purchase agreement, the dealer has the right to return the goods to ARCHER. Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of the delivery invoice and the signing of the goods handover report, and the products must remain in their original condition.
