Karcher Lock Joint Stock Company is pleased to inform our dealers of the following shipping policy:

• For orders of 50,000,000 VND (Fifty million Vietnamese Dong) or more, the Company will cover the shipping costs for the dealer. For orders shipped to the dealer’s customers, the Company will cover shipping costs equivalent to the cost of shipping to the dealer; the dealer must pay any difference in shipping costs.

• For orders under 50,000,000 VND (Fifty million Vietnamese Dong), the Agent is responsible for paying the shipping fees for the freight.
