(Re: 2024 Product Warranty Policy)

1. Warranty Conditions

ARCHER-branded products are registered for warranty via an electronic label by scanning the QR code using QR code-enabled apps (such as Zalo, Vietcheck, etc.). When using the Vietcheck app to scan the ARCHER logo, information regarding the genuine product will be displayed (the label is affixed to all genuine products).

ARCHER-branded products are warranted for 24 months from the date of installation and activation of the electronic label.

ARCHER-branded products are covered under warranty for technical issues caused by manufacturer defects, such as: changes in technical specifications; natural peeling of paint on powder-coated products (not caused by external factors); and paint color fading not exceeding 10% during the warranty period.

ARCHER-branded products are covered under warranty when customers install them in accordance with the specified load capacity, technical specifications, and requirements.

1.1. Cases NOT covered by the warranty:

Products without a warranty label or where the warranty has not been activated.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product’s structure by the customer.

For powder-coated products used in environments exposed to chemicals.

Normal wear and tear due to the nature of the materials.

Beyond the warranty period specified by the Company.

2. Product Warranty Activation Guide

Customers do not need to keep any warranty documents; simply scan the warranty sticker on the product using the QR code scanner on Zalo, Vietcheck, or other apps with QR code functionality, then enter your phone number to activate the warranty and select “Activate” to complete the warranty activation for ARCHER products.

The system will display the message “Activation Successful – The product is covered by a 24-month warranty starting from the date of electronic sticker activation.” Afterward, all customer information will be stored in the electronic system.

3. Warranty Procedures

Please bring the product requiring warranty service to an official ARCHER distributor or directly to the company for the best warranty service.

4. Policy After the Warranty Period Expires

If technical issues arise after the warranty period specified by the Company, the Company will assist in replacing the product with a new one at the most favorable price possible.
